Melodies of Hope: A Special Recording for Patients at Goryeb Children’s Hospital

Several weeks ago, Chords for Change President/Founder, Evangeline Pabalan, and Vice President Sarah Holgado had the honor of recording a few performances at the All About Kids Studio at Goryeb Children's Hospital in order to bring some joy and comfort to children facing health challenges. They recorded two songs that will be played for hospitalized children throughout the year, offering a little bit of light during difficult times.

Evangeline sang "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" from Cinderella, a song about hope and dreams, while Sarah performed "Fly Me to the Moon", a beautiful classic that encourages us to reach for the stars. The power of music for healing is incredible, and knowing our songs will provide moments of peace and inspiration to these brave children is truly humbling.
Children in hospitals face not only physical challenges, but emotional ones as well. Chords for Change acknowledges that music can be a powerful tool for emotional healing, offering a way to uplift spirits and provide comfort. Through projects like this, we can bring a sense of joy and connection to those who need it most.
